#MMBBR #Showcase Rhythms of Life Interview with Derek Marlowe

Through the 1960`s an increasingly permissive society helps to form young Danny`s sexuality.

An agricultural career in the Yorkshire countryside and an adventurous work and play partnership with Mary a feisty, married woman, brings them real love, success and happiness, until fate takes a hand.

In time, the beautiful, virginal, Julie, only daughter of The aristocratic Master of the Hunt is to be courted according to old fashions and traditions which are foreign to him.
After many years of being a responsible farmer and loyal family man, Danny is tempted by the thrills and excitement of the Horse Racing Scene, and the desires of a rich, vulnerable Lady Owner.

A. My answer here is designed to help the reader(s) to better understand some of my other answers. Derek Marlowe is my pseudonym. I am a comfortably retired `citizen` with time to reminisce, with better views on past customs, and `Rhythms of Life`. I really seek no publicity; just for the book.

A. A fine effort by PP to subtly reveal many of the different aspects of the story: Farming, horses, dangers, sensuality, dark horizons, adventures and more.
Q.  Tell me something funny that happened while on a book tour or while promoting your book.
A. A `mature lady` with a question, “Was the author in the Escort Business?" (You will have to read chaps 25, 27)
Q.  Are you working on something new?
A. Not yet, but some thoughts on Kids Pranks in 1940`s/50`s " Can we play out Mam?".
Q.  Anything you want to say to followers of this blog or those that are just stopping by?
A. Come on! Take a break from explicit violence, complex plots, todays sex/ porn, and modernism. Instead sample a relaxed world, enjoyable bygone days, adventures and poignant relationships. Once in the mode you will read on and on!
